Our beloved father, grandfather, and great grandfather passed away in the comfort of his own home battling cancer. November 26, 2019.
Gary was born May 08,1951 to Harlon L and Vera Mae Worthen in Energy Il.
Gary was preceded in death by his father Harlon L.(1953) and mother Vera M.(2010) Step father George W. Severs (1998) and brother George Allen Severs(1995)
He is survived by his son Sammy Worthen and his daughter Brandy (Worthen) Salguero. Five grandkids Brandonn, Broxsten, Benicio, Marquize and Jace. One great grandson Myles
Gary has always enjoyed working as a Paramedic in Ogden, Utah area. He loved to be around others. He made friends wherever he was. Gary was known for always making someone else smile. Loved to joke around. His smile was definitely contagious.
The family would like to thank the medical staff for their Hospice and the amazing service and care they all provided.
Gary wished to be cremated. As this will be taking place.
