Gaye Ocamb Nicholson's Obituary
Gaye died March 29, 2012 at the home of her sister from breast cancer. She was born December 10, 1936 to Leonard and Irene Ocamb in Junction City, Kansas. Gay married Nick Nicholson and had a son Nicky and daughter Gion. Later Divorced. After working in casino’s in Las Vegas for several years she moved back to Salt Lake City to help care for her mother. Gay was a very giving person who loved small children and the elderly. She is survived by daughter Gion Lee, grandchildren Raevan, Dezi, Gordon and Keyoni, brother’s Bill, Lanny (Mary) Ocamb, sisters Linda Crouthamel, Marsha (Phil) Johnson. Preceded in death by son Nicky, parents, brother Jerry and sister Marge. Thanks so much to Utah Hospice Specialists for their loving care. A casual gathering will be held April 11, 2012 at 1:00pm at 5041 South Camino Real Drive (1300 East), mobile park club house.
