One of our special memories of George occurred when the High Priests and some Elders were installing the Berry's ramp. Marsha needed the ramp because she was in a wheel chair. After the High Priests and the Elders finished, George asked them if they could fix our fence, which was caved in. So they did a beautiful job on our fence. George and Marsha were giving like that ... so kind and thoughtful to everyone!!! Gary and Sandra Webb
"When we reflect on George, we remember when the Berry's were having work done on their ramp for Marsha. The High Priests and I think some of the Elders were working on this, and George asked them to fix our fence on the side of our house. It was almost caving in!. Well, they did indeed fix our fence beautifully!!! George and Marsha were always giving and kind to us!!!"
I can trace our friendship back to 1970's. Remember when... and so many memories.. of lessons in Primary, how George would support you, carry things to the meetings sometimes pick you up; no matter how tired he was ... there for you. But the times we went to Nauvoo are the special memories, staying over nite so we could leave early, feeling the spirit in your home, the rides all hours of the day & nite to go to the women's dedication of the monuments, the doctrinal discussions, all the church history we shared. When the extermination notice of Mormons was resented & proclaimed over -- by the Governor of Missouri. The prophet Kimbal was there & so were we. The City of Joseph -- how many times did we go? Many phone calls and you two listened to my silly problems.miss him and his counseling. Remember sharing parts of my Patriarchal blessings, and George said such meaningful things and had real insight for me. Remember spending the night here? With Judy Mix & with Camille? George will always hold a special friendship in my heart. As memories endure so does life. I will always treasure those memories and our friendship. God bless your family.

Whenever I think of George, I always see him wandering the halls at church helping all of us with our genealogy. Many people have him to thank for their temple work. Thanks George.
