George N Peterson's Obituary
George N. Peterson, age 45, passed away on July 9, 2024, at his home in Rush Valley, Tooele County, Utah. He was born Feb. 24, 1979, in Salt Lake City, Utah, to Mark and Katherine Peterson. He went to Cottonwood High. He worked as a truck driver for multiple companies. He also worked with his father and brother at their Auto business. George lived life by his terms. He loved wide open spaces and the peace that comes from the quiet life of small towns and off grid living. George could fix anything. He loved cars, motorcycles, and fishing. He loved to Bbq anything and loved hot sauces and spicey foods. George loved his son Tristen very much. He loved talking about all the great things Tristen was doing and was proud of him. George loved spending time with his girlfriend Michele. They did everything together. George loved hanging out with his brothers. He also loved to stop by his sisters restaurant and get some of those wings he loved.
George was full of life and adventure. He was fearless. He loved nature and animals. He was kind and would stop and give a stranger a ride to help them out. He will be missed by his family. He left us too soon.
George was preceded in death by his mother, Katherine Peterson, and his brother Louie Peterson. He is survived by his father Mark Peterson Sr., his stepmother Brenda Peterson, his brothers Able Peterson and Mark Peterson Jr., and his sister Chandra Stowe, and his son Tristen Madsen. He leaves behind his love and partner Michele Helms, and many nieces and nephews.
Friends and family are invited to a graveside service at Herriman City Cemetery, July 19, 2024 at 11:00 am. Herriman City Cemetery, 12465 Pioneer St (6000 W). A luncheon will follow.
