Gerald Robert "Bob" "Buck" Boren's Obituary
Bob “Buck” Boren, passed away at his home on August 29, 2011 due to an extended illness. He was born on August 20, 1940 in Fortuna Missouri to Marie P. Briggs and Robert Boren. He served his country during the Vietnam War and was honorably discharged. Bob is survived by his wife, Barbara; former wife, Terri; children, Daniel Boren; Shane Boren; Todd Boren; step-children, Annamarie Sierra; Charlotte Gonzales; and Anthony Gonzales; brothers and sisters, Barbara Carroll, TX; Gloria Vera, TX; Rita Verrera, S. Dakota; Steve Vera, TX; Robert Boren, N. Carolina; Julie Yount, Iowa; Jane MacKenzie, Iowa; 11 grandchildren and many other friends and family. Proceeded in Death by his daughter Nichole Boren and sons Drew and Nathan Boren. A Memorial Service will be held Tuesday, August 6, 2011 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the American Legion Post 134 located at 345 South Depot St., Clearfield, UT 84015. Following you are invited to stay for the lunch-in. Burial will follow the services at 2:00 p.m. at the Utah Veterans Memorial Park located at 17111 S. Camp Williams Rd, Bluffdale, UT. The family has asked in lieu of flowers an account has also been set up for Gerald Robert Boren at First National Bank in Clearfield.
