When I think of Uncle Jerry I always remember the story of him on state street Salt L ake City. (He always gave Grandma a run for her money) ! He went into the busy street and began to yell "I want a dollar!" Grandma couldn't get him out if the road. Eventually a trucker stopped , swatted him on the butt gave him a dollar and told him "you've got your dollar now get out of the road! " He did! Once when his sister (Janice) retold thevstory he grinned and said yep I git my dollar! He did things his way not how others thought he should. He will be missed.
