Bub was my favorite Uncle! When we lived through the block years ago, we spent many an afternoon sitting at the kitchen table visiting. Those were good times!
I know my Dad is smiling now that his baby brother, fishing partner, and coffee companion has joined him!
I hope the great memories you have with your Dad will bring you peace and comfort during the difficult days ahead.
My grandpa, he took me fishing, took me camping, and was one of the people I looked up to growing up, thank you for the memories grandpa bub, wish we had one more trip to strawberry.
It's so hard to lose another family member --- especially my favorite uncle! My sisters and I spent a lot of time sitting around their kitchen table back in the mid '60's! Good times!
Knowing that my Dad is thrilled to have his baby brother, fishing buddy, and coffee companion joining him --- I find a little peace and comfort in that!
