Gerald "Jerry" Thompson's Obituary
Born January 1965 to two loving and doting parents. Raised in Sandy, and graduated from Hillcrest High in 1983. He had a long, passionate career driving trucks. The last 6 years of which he drove haul trucks for Kennecott. Jerry had a huge heart and loved the people he surrounded himself with. He had a great sense of humor and quick wit which made him so fun to be with.
Jerry passed in February 2023 surrounded by people he cared for. He was preceded in death by his Father Gerald Senior and is Survived by his Mother Jean, brother Jeff, 4 daughters Krystel, Mandi, Shawntae and Tylee, and three grandchildren Zoi, Zayra, and Tavis, plus a child and grandchildren from his second marriage Teesha, Lynnexx and Luxxtin. He is missed and thought of often.
