I worked with Kipper at the Salt Lake City Street Department for many years. He was always a jokester if you wanted a good laugh all you had to do was hang out with him for a while. He was a very hard worker and good man! Those long nights out plowing snow didn't seem so bad working with him he kept you pretty much laughing through the whole shift. I am very sorry for your loss, my prayers are out to his family may god bless you all!

I am blessed to have met kip through his daughter Ashlee at family gatherings and he was a amazing grandpa to the kids and always made me laugh. i love this family and i know this is a big loss. I want to give you all my love and support.
