I will be traveling on Saturday so I wanted to leave a few comments here. I met Grant for the first time in 1971 while taking his thermo class at BYU, of all the Chemical Engineering disciplines, Grant's down to earth presentation of Thermodynamics has led to a 40 year involvement with thermo, working with Grant for 8 years at BYU and Wiltec. I recall many hikes on Timp as well as many long hours in the lab waiting for equipment to line out with Grant. Condolences to the family I remember Grant with gratitude for the pat he has played in amy life.
