Dear Ginny (as my mom would lovingly call you) and Family of Pete-
How deeply saddened I was to hear of Pete's passing. What a great American we have lost, a founding member of that "Greatest Generation." Ever since first meeting Pete and Virginia, as dear friends of my parents Hal and Marian, I have realized how very special these two people are. What great friends they were to my parents and many, many others. All the festive gatherings, football tailgates, and traveling to all kinds of out-of-the-way places, as well as New Years celebrations remained very special memories to my parents. Thank you for being such great people and great friends!
Pete- I have always admired and respected you; I will always remember you; I will always honor your service to America and our community as an Army Air Corps B-24 Liberator Pilot during WWII and a SLPD Motorcycle Officer/Narcotics Investigator. God Bless You and give a big hug to mom and dad when you see them for me!
