Harriet Hoopai-Phillips, 87, was born on September 24, 1934 in Honolulu, O'ahu. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at home in Utah on October 25, 2021 under hospice care. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, and tutu mama to many and will be dearly missed.
