Helen Florine Bollen's Obituary
Helen Florine Bollen passed away at Orchard Park Care Center in Orem, Utah on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at the age of 91. Helen is predeceased by her husband, Msgt. Howard S. Bollen, her parents, Dean and Myrtle Brown, her sister Mary Louise Brown, and her brother Robert Brown.
Helen is lovingly remembered by her sister Betty Noel of Spokane, WA, her daughters Sylvia (Richard) Pratt of Provo, UT and Marilyn Kalamir of Michigan City, IN, 9 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, and numerous cousins and friends spread all over the country.
Helen was born in a farm house in Garfield County, Washington April 1, 1922. She completed high school in Pomeroy, WA and Business School in Spokane, WA.
Helen loved traveling and had numerous hobbies, but what she loved the most was keeping up with her friends and family.
The viewing will be held at the Church of Jesus Christ of L.D.S, 425 E 4525 N, Provo, UT on September 4, 2013 at 10:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same location at 11:00 am.
Interment will be at the Willamette National Cemetery, Portland, OR on September 6, 2013.
