Ina Carolyn Green's Obituary
Carolyn Green, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away September 4, 2012 in Provo, Utah. Born April 6, 1941 in Cairo, Georgia, she was a daughter of Carl and Neva Belle Shores. Mrs. Green moved to Thomas County, Georgia with her husband, William Green, in 1977 when he retired from the Navy. They moved to Provo, Utah in 2011 to be with their children. Funeral services for Carolyn Green will be held at 10am Friday, September 7th at the Utah Veterans Memorial Cemetery Chapel in Bluffdale, Utah. Visitation is from 9am until the funeral. A viewing will be held Thursday from 6-8pm at Premier Funeral Services in Orem, Utah. Carolyn is survived by her husband, William Green; a son, Mike Singletary; and a daughter, Tammy Green. Also surviving are grandchildren Michael Singletary, William Singletary, Elizabeth Singletary, and AnnaMarie Singletary. She was preceded in death by her sister, Mavis Bishop
