Ivan Alejandro Marquez's Obituary
Ivan Alejandro Marquez, 27, sadly left us August 16, 2023 from a work related injury.
Ivan was born December 11, 1995 to Imelda and Samuel Marquez in Ogden, Utah. After graduating from Ogden High School, he went on to study Welding. After finishing school he went on to work at Utility Trailers. He enjoyed his job and passed away doing what he loved.
Our beloved Ivan enjoyed boxing, traveling, hanging out with his friends, and above everything he loved being around his family. He always was the light of any room he walked into. He would always make everyone laugh and always had a smile on his face. He was always a positive person and loved to help those around him. Ivan will forever be in our hearts. We thank God for the time he allowed us to have him in our lives.
Ivan was predeceased by his uncle Gonzalo Marquez and grandmother Heriberta Marquez. He is survived by his parents Imelda and Samuel, his siblings Aldo, Jessica, Adan, and Chelsey, nieces Daizee, Aislynn, Annalie and nephew Ezekiel, his aunts, uncles, cousins, and grandmother.
Services will be held Monday August 21, 2023 at Premier Funeral Services at 5335 South 1950 West Roy, Utah 84607 from 6-9PM.
Mass will be held Tuesday August 22,2023 at Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in 4050 West Haven, Utah 84401 at 11 AM followed by his burial at Leavitt’s Aultorest Memorial Park at 836 36th Street Ogden, Utah 84403.

Ivan nacio Deciembre 11, 1995 hijo de Imelda y Samuel Marquez en Ogden, Utah. Despues de graduarce de Ogden High School, el estudio soldadura . Despues de terminar la escuela el empezo a trabajar en la Utility Trailers. A el le encantava su trabajo y fallecio haciendo lo que le gustaba.
Nuestro querido Ivan le encantaba el boxeo,viajar, juntarse con sus amigos, y sobre todas las cosas amaba estar con su familia. El era la luz de cada cuarto que entraba. El siempre hacia a todos reir y siempre tenia una sonrisa en su cara. El siempre fue una persona muy positiva y amaba ayudar a todos a su alrededor. Ivan por siempre va estar en nuestros corazones. Le agradecemos a Dios por todo el tiempo que nos dejo pasar con el.
Ivan sera recivido por su tio Gonzalo Marquez y su abuela Heriberta Marquez en el cielo. El es subrivivido por sus padres Imelda y Samuel, sus hermanos Aldo, Jessica, Adan, y Chelsey, sobrinas Daizee, Aislynn, Annalie y sobrino Ezekiel, tias, tios, primos, y abuela.
Sus servicios seran el Lunes Agosto 21, 2023 en Premier Funeral Services en 5335 South 1950 West Roy, Utah 84607 de 6-9PM.
Su misa sera el Martes Agosto 22,2023 en Saint Mary’s Catholic Church en 4050 West Haven, Utah 84401 a las 11AM procedido por su entiero en Leavitt’s Aultorest Memorial Park en 836 36th Street Ogden, Utah 84403.
