Jack Lewis Albretsen's Obituary
Jack Lewis Albretsen quietly passed away Friday, August 13, 2021 in Bountiful UT. Born to Jerry Don and Sarah Louise Thompson Albretsen July 10, 1958, in Salt Lake City, UT. He married Marie Sanderson on August 9, 1991 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were blessed with one son, Jerry (Carly) Albretsen and 2 grandsons, Wyatt and Clay. Jack was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He enjoyed fishing, spending time with his family, and making life-long friends. He graduated from Ben Lomond High School where he played in the band and on the football team. He worked for Subway for 15 years. He is survived by Marie, Jerry, grandchildren, brother, Shawn (Colette) Albretsen, and 2 sisters, Deborah (Stephen) Bowden, and Teresa (Philip) Odekirk.
We would like to express a heartfelt thanks to the many doctors and nurses who helped Jack throughout the years.
A viewing will be held at the Highland Ward Building, 300 Gramercy St., Ogden, Utah on Thursday August 19 2021, from 10am to 1045am. Graveside services and internment will be held at the Evergreen Memorial Park following the viewing. Please send flowers to Evergreen Memorial Park, 100 Monroe Blvd, Ogden, UT.
