I know I'm 5 years late, but I just learned that Cactus passed. I was an LDS missionary back in 2006 and got to know him for the 5 or so months I served in his area. What a great man. On the outside he looked intimidating, but I found him to be a very humble, sincere and honest man of conviction. There were times we'd stop by his home just to hear stories and advice. He had an old red Chevy El Camino in his car port that he always talked about wanting to fix up and told us about his days repairing cars. As time goes on, most of my mission has become a blur, but not him. I will always remember Cactus. Ride on, my friend.
