For starters, I would like to take a brief moment to offer my condolences To Jacob's family, friends, and those that really cared about Jacob.
When I first met Jacob, I felt like I met an angel. Jacob had a very warm heart, a smile that would make you smile, and a laugh that was sure to give anyone a belly full of laughter. Jacob also had a way that made you know that he loved and cared about you. I will always cherish the memories I had with him, and over the course of almost 6 years, he was always there to help others in need, and I am going to forever miss him. Jacob - May you forever go with the angels in heaven and know that you will be forever loved and missed, and I appreciated the opportunity to be in your life, as much as you were a part of mine.
