Jacquelyn Ann Rasmussen's Obituary
Jacquelyn Ann Cunningham Rasmussen, died February 17, 2012 with her family by her side. She was born April 1, 1951, in Price, Utah, to Harold and Francis Cunningham.
She married Wayne Dulan Rasmussen on April 16, 1971 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She had a beautiful voice and always made sure that music was heard in her home. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Her favorite pass times were spending time with her grandchildren and sewing. She was a dedicated teacher for 29 years and touched the lives of many students’. She was also a proud member of the DUP.
She is survived by her husband, Wayne, her children, Kami (Harlan, Spring Glen, UT), Heather (Mat, Denver, CO), Trevor (Ksenia, Sandy, UT), Holly (Brent, Genola, UT), Travis (Mona, UT), and adopted son Jessie (OK), her grandchildren, Kayden, Khylen, Alix, Harley, Eliott, Kamri, Saydee, Owen, and Annaliese. She is also survived by her parents, Harold and Francis, seven brothers and one sister. Preceded in death by sisters Karen and Mary.
Our family would like to express sincere appreciation to Dr. Mark Oveson and his staff, the ER staff at Nephi Hospital, and the staff at the NSICU and 7th floors at Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
We will be honoring her with services at the Mona LDS church located at 65 E 100 N, Mona, Utah. A viewing will be held Tuesday evening, February 21, 2012, 6:00-8:00pm, and funeral services Wednesday February 22, 2012 at 11:00am with a family viewing one hour prior to services. Burial will be in the Mona Cemetery.
