From the first day I met James I loved him. He became one of my children that day and I will always love him like he my son. He had such an amazing way of making everyone laugh all the time, this was truly his gift to all that knew him. It breaks my heart that he is gone from this part of our lives but he will never be forgotten.. until we meet again on the other side James I love you son. So sad to see James go... I have known your family for the majority of my life & have countless memories with you all, but mostly Alicia & James. When we were kids we had endless sleepovers during the summers & were always on some sort of adventure. One of them in specific was when I crashed my go-cart throwing him & Alicia out on the pavement. Immediately we knew alicia got hurt, but James didn't say anything cuz he was embarrassed... He had road rash all up the side of his butt cheek! I felt horrible & they never forget to remind me how I scarred them for life! Lol He was always a character, always making me laugh & ALWAYS picking on me... He once threw a dead snake in my hair at the playground, I ran back to their house bawling & wanting to go home! Lol He also took me to my first dance... I was in 9th grade & he was in highschool, we double dated w. Jazmine & we had a blast! Although we've grown apart over the years, I was heartbroken to hear that he's gone! James was truly a one off a kind & a good friend... To the the whole Fox family, I love you all & I'm truly sorry for your loss... He will definitely be miss!

One of my fondest memories of James is kind of a weird one, but it showcases just how close I was with the family. I was at the bus stop, waiting before school. He and Alicia showed up a few minutes before it came and he had a piece of toast in his hands. Without a word, he held it up to me and I took a bite. It's such a weird memory, but it brings a smile to my face.
