James Paul Johnson's Obituary
Our father Jim Johnson, returned home to be with his mom and dad after a long battle with cancer. He passed away on April 10, 2017 at his home with his family surrounding him.
Jim was an intelligent, innovative man who could build or fix anything and he had the best sense of humor, which could always make anybody laugh. He loved like he had never been hurt, and was forgiving and honest. It was always a pleasure to be around him. He was the most caring and genuine person you could ever meet. All of his friends were like family to him, he cared for them in the ways he cared for anything he loved. Jim was a great father, friend, mentor and he will be forever missed by anyone who knew him.
He is survived by his Daughters, Germaine Simpson, Greta Johnson (Jeff), Rikki Johnson (Leo), Stephanie Barben (Chad), and Randi (Chuck). Grandchildren, Sam, Travis, Skyler, Rikka, Unique, Alyvia, and Brooklyn. Sister, Linda and best friend Edie.
A special thank you to Curt and Mary Crowther and his good friend Gary, for being a huge support.
“You better get building that house Dad”
