I was sorry to read about the passing of Jan your loved one . So I wanted to take this time to express my condolence to you for the loss of your loved one. I wanted to share a thought with you that comforted me when I lost a family member in death. The man Job in ( Job 14:14) asks" If an able-bodied man dies can he live again?". Happily Jesus answers in ( John 5:28,29)-Do not be amazed at this, for the hour is coming in which all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice 29 and come out, those who did good things to a resurrection of life” Imagine a resurrection back to life and right here on earth.--( Ps.37:29)-“The righteous themselves will posses the earth. And they will reside forever upon it”. Well I hope that you will be able to draw some comfort from these scriptural thoughts as I did.
Jan is so deeply missed by beloved family and friends who are so dear to me. I am so sorry to hear of your passing but my heart swelled with reading your obituary. It is so filled with the big, loving, strong energy that was you on this earth. May you rest in peace, missed and loved by so many. Condolences to all family.
Although it's difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help comfort you tomorrow.
Our prayers are with you Lonnie and your family.
My deepest condolences to Jan's family. Though I only worked with Jan for a short 3 yrs, she was a great NCO, one to look up to. I'm very sorry for your loss.
