Jeanne Baney
One of my favorite memories is when I lived around the corner from Janet and Mom we would spend many afternoons at mom‘s just talking and doing art. Janet would be sketching, mom would be coloring with her gel pens, and I would be clipping magazines for images to put in my journals. These lazy afternoons of us chatting, watching movies, laughing and joking together are jewels in my treasure chest of memories of Janet. She was my sister and she was my friend. I’m glad I had those few years to live nearby when for so many years I lived too far away, so visits were always busy, noisy and hurried.
