CLEARFIELD-Janice McNally Barlow, 73 passed away peacefully in her home, Monday April 20, 2015. She was born October 7, 1941 in Logan, UT, the daughter of Francis and Fern McNally. She is survived by her son Jeffrey L. (Myshelle) Read Obituary
I looked up Jan to say thank you again for giving me a chance. Jan hired me on my first DoD job at Hill AFB. She was very uplifting, and I still have the beautiful message she wrote me when I transferred to another area. No doubt she inspired all who were lucky enough to know her. Rest in Paradise dear Jan Barlow.
I'm so sorry to hear of her passing she was a great grandma and a big part of my life when I was little. It's ironic my grandpa her previous husband jay Barlow passed shortly before her on March 17, 2015. He truly loves you and I'm glad you guys will get to meet again.
My condolences and prayers go out to Jan's family. I met Jan when she lived here in Oceanside and we became friends quickly. She was such a beautiful and warm person both inside and out. I feel blessed to have spent many days and nights with her, hanging out, listening to music, dancing, playing games, shopping, and just having fun. She was always so positive and happy. She will be missed. Goodbye my beautiful friend and may you find peace in your new home.
I am so sorry to hear of Janice's passing. I have vivid memories of competing with her in autocrosses between the Utah and Snake River SCCA Regions. I saw her win her first national championship. She was an amazing driver and person. My prayers and condolences go to her family.
