Jason Lee Church's Obituary
Jason Lee Church "Munchie" or "He-Man" son of Michelle Worthen (Gregory Worthen) fought his way into this world on March 23, 1982, in American Fork Utah. Jason graduated from Beaver County School District in 2003, he also attended Stevens Henagar College.
Jason was a member of the LDS Church; he enjoyed the scouting program when he was younger, and he gained a great appreciation for the "great outdoors". Jason was employed as a manager at Firehouse Subs. He was a hard worker and really enjoyed everything he did, he had various jobs in construction, coal mining, production, and food services.
Jason had a big heart, he was kind and loving, he thought of others before himself. His laughter was contagious, and he loved making people laugh. He was happiest when he was on adventures with his kids, or just goofing off with his nephews and nieces. Jason always looked after everyone, it didn't matter what it was, where it was or when it was, if he felt someone needed him, he was there, he would do anything he could for anyone in need.
Jason was a dedicated Dallas Cowboys fan, and a Garth Brooks fan! He loved everything outdoors including fishing, ice fishing, camping and just hanging out at the lake. He loved animals and often brought home strays. Jason was an extremely talented artist and took every opportunity he could to draw or paint. He loved to BBQ and is a self-proclaimed "BBQ Chicken Expert". Jason loved ketchup, ranch dressing, hot dogs, mashed potatoes, and potato chips, in that order! He absolutely would not eat anything green.
Jason passed away surrounded by his family on March 23, 2022, in Provo Utah. After a long hard battle with his health.
Jason will forever be cherished by everyone who knew him, Jason left behind four children: Anika Leatherman (Nevada), Presten Church, Nevaeh Church (Spanish Fork), Xander Church (Payson).
