Jean Marie Rouleau, beloved wife of William for the past 49 years and mother of Matthew, passed away peacefully in her sleep at home on Friday the 19th day of February from complications from a fall in her home.
She is survived by her husband William, her sister JoAnne Lazar, son Matthew, daughter-in-law Carol, grandson Justin and granddaughter Courtney.
Jean was born in Santa Maria, CA on May 15, 1944, lived in Los Angeles, CA graduating from Reseda High in 1962.
Jean attended Los Angeles Pierce Junior College where she met her husband Bill.
They were married in 1967.
Bill was transferred to Grants Pass, OR for his employer where they lived for 16 years.
Bill’s company closed the facility in Grants Pass so another move brought them to Utah in 1994.
Jean was an active member of the Coast Guard Auxiliary for 29 years in both Oregon and Utah.
Jean retired in December 2010.
Jean loved traveling in their fifth wheel and visiting many wonderful places.
Her most favorite place to visit was the Draft Horse Classic during September in Grass Valley, CA.
She left behind many relatives and friends who will miss her.
