Jeanne Marie Goff Haines' Obituary
Jeanne Marie Goff Haines, 65, passed away on February 25, 2019. Jeanne was born in Provo, UT on July 16, 1953 to Bud and Louise Goff. She is survived by her husband, Bob Haines, her children from her first marriage to David Schow; Melodie (Erik) Dettenmaier, Miranda (Wes) Ellis, Ken (Malori) Schow, Kenneth (Bridget) Farr, Paul (Shiloh) Schow and Elizabeth (Michael) Sovine and her step-children Mychael Haines, Audrey (Carlos) Magdalena and Troy (Shelby) Archuleta. Jeanne had 19 Grandchildren; Mary (Nicholas) Stauffer, Noah, Olivia, Hannah and Abby Ellis, Samantha, Andrew and Paiten Schow, Roman Allen, Shelby and Colton Belliston, Sara and Holly Farr, Samuel, Aiden, Betty, Jackson and Hunter Schow, Hailey, Cache and Rory Sovine and 5 step grandchildren; Carlos, Alex and Carmyn Magdalena, Lynn and Maddison Archuleta. She is also survived by her mother, Louise Goff, her 7 siblings, their spouses and numerous nieces and nephews.
Jeanne had a career as a nurse, she received her degree from Utah Valley University. She loved spending as much time as she could helping patients, making sure they felt loved and they had a smile when she left. Jeanne loved all things dealing with art, she spent much of her time painting and working on calligraphy. She also loved to sing and had a beautiful voice. Some of her favorite songs are “When Irish Eyes are Smiling” and “You Are My Sunshine.” Her grandchildren called her Nannie and she loved to teach them as many things as she could.
