Jeffrey Jay Grange's Obituary
Our Jeffrey Jay Grange was born on September 30th, 1974 and left this earth on December 12th, 2022 from a drug overdose at the age of 48. He lived a life that was filled with beauty and with pain. Our restless spirit. Jeff had the most gentle soul. When Jeff lost his mother at a young age he spent his life with a part of him always searching for her. Always searching for something to fill the void inside of him. Jeff never saw the beautiful person that he was even though it was so easy for everyone that knew him to see. He loved his family deeply but did not feel that he was worthy of their love. Jeff tried so hard time after time to find his way out of the addiction that had it's grip on him. He wanted a better life. When Jeff was able to be his authentic self he was quiet and he was kind. He was so talented at drawing and woodwork and welding. He loved flowers and plants and trees and rocks and animals. He saw beauty in all things. He was athletic and excelled at almost anything that he tried. A true artist. He had a deep love for music. Most of all, he had a deep love for his sons, Lance Grange and Dax Bloswick. Grief is the beautiful price of love and all that love him are grieving so deeply for him. We will always grieve for him because we will always love him. This lyric from one of the songs he loved and would listen to over and over again rings so clear today, "It's always darkest before the dawn." You have finally found your dawn, Jeff. The night is over.
