Jeffrey Kent Johanson's Obituary
Jeffrey Kent Johanson, 53, passed away on September 1, 2021 surrounded by his wife, kids and grandkids in Orem, Utah. He was born on September 10, 1967 in Murray, Utah to W. Kent and Marsha Johanson. Jeff married the love of his life, Carol Ann Jewett, in South Jordan on July 15, 1994 and together they had three kids, Tashara, Shelby and Bridger.
He graduated from Hillcrest High School in 1985 and went on to become a General Contractor and later a truck driver. You couldn’t go anywhere without him pointing out all the houses he helped build. He always worked so hard to provide for his family.
He enjoyed camping, fishing, hunting and being outdoors. Jeff had a special gift for making everyone he met feel comfortable and welcome. He was very good at lightening the mood and making people laugh no matter what the situation was. He always had so much love to give, he never let a day go by without telling his wife, kids and grandkids how much he loved them.
He is survived by his wife, Carol; children, Tashara Chichia, Shelby (Iosefa) Tanoai, Bridger Johanson; 6 grandchildren; parents W. Kent and Marsha Johanson and 5 siblings.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 4, 2021 at Premier Funeral Services, 67 East 8000 South, Midvale, Utah.
