Jennifer Joy Kipp Arnold's Obituary
Jennifer Joy Kipp Arnold, beloved mother, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on the morning of April 8, 2025, surrounded by loved ones.
Jennifer was born on November 7, 1975, at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada, to David Norman Kipp and Sheila McPhie Kipp. She was the fourth of six children and grew up with her siblings David, Don, Josh, Katie, and Sarah. As a child, Jen was known for her gentle spirit, kind heart, and upbeat personality.
She enjoyed playing soccer, basketball, and running cross country. She attended Snow College and Utah Valley State College.
Jennifer’s greatest joy in life was her children. She gave birth to her daughter, Kayla Aliyah Kipp-Nobles, on June 21, 1999. She married Paul Arnold in 2002, and together they welcomed their son, Jacob David Arnold, on June 15, 2004. Jen and Paul later divorced and Jen devoted her whole life to being a loving mother who instilled in her children the belief that “you can do hard things”—words she lived by in both her quiet strength and resilient spirit.
Jen worked in various office management roles over the years, but especially loved her time with Dr. Thompson’s office, where she formed lifelong friendships with her girls and always gave her all, even during her most difficult days.
Jennifer will be remembered for her positivity, her ability to find light in any situation, and her grateful heart. She touched the lives of everyone around her with compassion, humor, and unwavering love.
She is survived by her children, Kayla and Jacob; her parents, David and Sheila; her siblings, David (Stephanie), Don (Jennifer), Josh (Marie), Katie (Eric), and Sarah (Anina); her many nieces and nephews; her great nieces and nephews who were the lights of her life; and her beloved dog, Ace.
Jennifer’s life will be celebrated in a memorial service on April 11, 2025 at 11 a.m. at the LDS Chapel located at 1251 W. 900 N., Lehi, Utah 84043. Her legacy of strength, kindness, and joy lives on in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
