Jeremy Paul Sego's Obituary
Jeremy Paul Sego, 44, passed away on February 26, 2018 in Burleson, Texas. He died suddenly from respiratory failure. He was born October 3, 1973 to John and Betty Sego in American Fork, Utah. He was the third of seven children. He served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Cordoba Argentina. He met the love of his life, Dana Anderson, in high school and they were married in 1996 in the Salt Lake Temple, after each had served LDS missions. They have seven children: Amy, John, Grace, David, Lucy, Thomas, and Rachel. They made their first home in Pleasant Grove, Utah, later moving to Burleson, Texas. He graduated from UVU with a BS in Accounting, and from WGU with an MBA in Accounting. He also enjoyed building, preparedness, fixing almost anything, basketball, hunting for bargains, and his gun collection. He loved activities with his family such as; camping, rafting, hiking, 4-wheeling, rough housing, and board games.
Jeremy was preceded in death by his father John Wilson Sego. His great-grandfather, Earl Christensen, passed away just two days earlier. He is survived by his wife and children, mother, and siblings: Jennifer Larson (Craig), Michael (Becky), Jeanette Hood (Chris), Julie Burnett (Gary), Rebecca Murdock (Dane), and Michelle Jackson (Russ).
Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, March 6, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the American Fork 25th Ward Chapel, 300 North 100 East, American Fork, Utah where family and friends may attend a viewing from 9-10:30 a.m. prior to services.
