James & Sherrell WALLACE- 1st cousins to Jesse L WALLACE. Being a military family, moving from place to place, didn’t afford us the opportunity to visit or see Jesse very much. When we did get a chance to visit Ogden,Utah to see other family members, we always found the time to look up Jesse. We knew he was always a quiet person, didn’t talk very much, but we started a friendship of love between us. We became more connected to Jesse when he began living with Minnie Lee WALLACE, his aunt, my mother, and mother-in-law. Jesse was a very helpful care provider for Minnie Lee along with Hospice of Ogden during her illness. He was very devoted to her and every member of the family. We would call him almost everyday to check on him and Minnie Lee. After her death, Jesse became our main concern and reason for calling to keep in touch. Most of the conversations were short, but we got to know Jesse quiet well.We became very connected over the phone. We called him so much, I’m sure it was times when he didn’t want to be disturbed while napping (smile) he never said a word. We know this showed Jesse how much we loved him. We will miss talking to him very much. May you Rest In Peace sweet Jesse!
