JoAnn Herron's Obituary
"JJ"
JoAnn Robinette-Johnson-Stine-Herron passed into Glory on 3/3/15 due to complications of COPD. She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers & 2 sisters. She is survived by her brother, Wilmer Robinett & sister, Ina R. White both of Salt Lake City, & sister, Mary E. Brown of Oklahoma. She is also survived by her children Charlie Johnson of Boerne, TX, Christina Johnson-Lopez of St. George, UT, Dorothy Holmes of Stockholm, ME, Lyla Stine of Midvale, UT, 9 grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
She graduated from Beaumont High School, Beaumont, CA. For many years she lived in Michigan where she worked in the auto industry and also as a waitress. When she moved to Utah she worked in many local restaurants. Many of her customers followed her for her friendly excellent service. She retired from Jim's Family Restaurant and was able to enjoy all the beautiful flowers in her yard which looks much like an English cottage garden here in the desert. May you rest in peace JJ for you will be remembered and loved by many.
Memorial Services will be held at the First Presbyterian Church, 12 "C" St., SLC, UT on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 1:00 PM reception to follow.
