Carl's mom lived in my neighborhood in Orem. I went through the Computer Science program at the same time Carl did. He was a good friend to me in the program and was always kind. He served his mom well over the years as I would always see him outside taking care of the house. I also enjoyed many of the performances around town and enjoyed seeing him play guitar. I am sorry for your loss and will be thinking of your family tomorrow. I will always have fond memories of Carl and his happy smile and kind soul. God Bless. Rock On Carl! Love, Vicki

It was always a pleasure to see Carl out and about. He was a very positive person and his personality lit up the room. I had the pleasure of having his band play at my bar many years ago.The world lost a very special soul. My sympathies to his friends and family.
Carl was my brother he was always the kindest and generous person. His passion for music and to perform was second to no one. He will always be in my heart. We love you Carl!
