John Richard "Rick" Hill
October 14, 1952 - February 7, 2018
John Richard "Rick" Hill, age 65, passed away in Provo, Utah on February 7th after a short unexpected illness. John was born in Spanish Fork, Utah to James Franklin Hill and Sally Alice Flack. He married Leah Marie Sherman on August 16, 1975 and they had three children.
John enjoyed gardening, watching educational programs, computers, science fiction, and learning everything about everything. He also loved spending time, playing with, teaching, and spoiling his 2 year old granddaughter.
John is survived by his wife Leah, daughters, Melissa (Justin) Salsbury and Jennifer (Nathan) Sands, granddaughter, Amelia, sister, Theresa (Ron) Bird, and brother, Stanley Hill. He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Sally, son, James Michael Hill, brothers, James Hill, Charles Morrey, Ted Morrey, and sister, Rexine Morrey.
A memorial/celebration of life will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2018 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM in the Cultural Hall at the LDS Church at 780 W 500 S, Payson, Utah. Friends and family are invited to attend, a luncheon will be provided.
