Our loving husband, father, and Papa, John Palmer, age 65, passed away suddenly May 25, 2018. Born January 1, 1953 in Kansas City, Missouri to Oscar Leroy Palmer and Idress Claudine Palmer. Married Connie Bear on May 7, 1988 in In Read Obituary
John sprayed our house for bugs for probably 10 years. He was so kind and friendly and always asked about the kids and things that were going on. He fell once on our stairs when there was ice but he just kept on going and acted as if there was no problem. He was a good man.
We sure appreciated his work for us at our home and business. He was a very good man. We will miss him! Jon and Loretta Shupe
John was so good to us and would stay and visit with us after he sprayed for bugs.. He was such a gentle man and would always ask about my entire family. We will miss John coming to our house 4x a year. We send love and prayers to his family....

John was our "bug man" for over 20 years. He always did an exceptional job and would come over anytime we called. He was our friend and a wonderfully kind person. We are deeply saddened at hearing today of his passing.
I don't remember the exact date but John moved into the house across the street from me on Overton when we were in our early teens. living that close to one another we soon became good friends and did a lot of things together. John was my first roommate when he and I both moved out of our parents homes. I remember John and I surviving a hit-and-run car accident late one night on the back roads of Sugarcreek. a drunk in a pickup truck sideswiped my brand new Plymouth Duster and practically destroyed the car but John and I were okay.. that was just one of the many things I shared with John and he will be missed. my condolences goes out to the family.
I will miss a great neighbor and friend from my school years. We shared a lot of good times together. We survived a hit and run car crash in sugar creek together. We were each other's first roommates, as we moved out of our parents homes. My condolences go out to the family. Bradley Vader

My thoughts are with your family at this time. John will be very missed. He was always so nice and remembered everything about my family when he’d come to spray my home.

I'm am so deeply sorry John was a great friend. My late husband Doug & enjoyed John so much. After John would spray he would go upstairs and sit on the side of the bed and talk to our bird "Jake"he would rub his head. John was the only one that could pet him.
