John, 53, of Snowville, UT was pronounced dead at McKay Dee Hospital in Ogden, UT March 19, 2016, the cause of death: Esophageal food bolus obstruction.
John was born to Paul and Betty Salvo March 11, 1963 in Ogden, UT. He graduated from Weber high School in 1981, followed by one year at Weber State University. His varied pursuits led him to final employment at Hill Air Force Base. His passion for sports was exceeded only by his love for his children and fondness for his many friends.
John is survived by his mother, Betty, children Heather (Jason) Miller, Kelsey (Tyler) Shafer, Adam Salvo and Trinity Salvo, brothers, Bruce (Lori) Salvo, Patrick Salvo, Frank (Sheila) Salvo, sister Lisa (Nick) Salvo Prout, grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his father, Paul and brother, Michael.
At this time the family wishes to grieve privately.
