I was a recipient of Jay and JoMarie's generosity, which they each cultivated as a way of life. Their consistency in goodness allowed them to give of themselves and reflect Heavenly Father's love so clearly and brightly. I'm grateful for JoMarie's example of enduring to the end. I only knew her after she was diagnosed with alzhiemers, but I got to read to her from a few of her own journals, and her wisdom, persistence and discipleship was inspiring. Jay was the most Christlike caregiver and companion.
Jay and Jomarie were angels in our lives for the three seasons we served as trek missionaries in Argentina.
As an employee of the Church, Jay also served as our kind, supportive priesthood adviser. When Jomarie found out about our musical abilities, she presented us with a Spanish LDS Hymn Book in which she had translated the title of each hymn into English to help us new, insecure missionaries.
Jay and Jomarie, in every way, exemplified Christ-like love in their association with us. We're so grateful for their example. We would love to be able to attend Jomarie's service, but health does not permit it. Our love and sympathy to Jay.

Hi. my name is Kenneth Jardine (Kraig's father). I just wanted to say how sorry I am for your loss. I've never met JoMarie, but I plan to come to the service.
What a blessing Sister Lamoreaux was to me when I arrived with my husband who was starting his new job on the Church Ranch. I had a two year old and was VERY sick with a pregnancy anticipating the birth of our daughter. While our little 100 year old home was being worked on we lived with the Lamoreux's and she took such good care of us.
After we moved in, somehow Sister Lamoreaux just showed up at our house at the moments I needed her. She would empty emesis basins and even take our little two year old and just clean up or do whatever was needed. How thankful I am for her caring and service over the years. We love both Brother and Sister Lamoreaux!
