I knew Joe for a number of years through our experiences of going to cardiac rehab together at St. Mark's Hospital. I always found Joe to be very kind and friendly and concerned about others. I also became acquainted with a son, whose name I have forgotten. I will miss Joe and the many good talks we had together in and out of the hospital. My sincere best wishes to Joe's family. I know he thought a lot of each of you.

I practically lived in the Biesinger home along with the Smith's next door growing up in Willow Creek. Brother Biesinger had such a big heart, warm smile, and was always welcoming. Joe was like a big brother for many years and I will always cherish my memories of him. My teenage years were spent being another daughter in the Biesinger home. Many of the values I embrace in my life now were learned there. I am married to Joann’s brother “Al” Beckmann so later in life Joe became my brother-in-law.
