Our much loved Mother passed away on January 11, 2013 surrounded by all of her children and some of her grandchildren. She was born on December 22, 1928 to Jake Onsore Lopez and Maria Cesaria Armenta in La Madera, New Mexico. She Read Obituary
I will start by saying I already miss you so much. Words cannot express the pain I have in my heart. You were truely an amazing woman, someone I will never forget. I carry you with me always. Dad, please take care of Grandma and continue to watch over all of us just like you have for the past 18 yrs. I think of you everyday, when I wake up and when I go to bed I speak to (I hope you hear me).

Miss Josie, when Diana and I were growing up, you were so stricked with us. I say us because you were my mom too in a way. You all could not get rid of me. Let me share why you could not shake me from your family.
I had never seen or been with a family with so much love. No kidding Josie. Your family had all the love. Love that I had not experienced in my life. The way your children took care of each other. The way your children took care of you.
Now Josie I took care of my mother, but NOTHING like how you were taken care of.
The dedication your children had for you. It all came from you Josie. You raised your family with so much love and pride. And I was one of those children in a way. I came around as often as I could just to feel the love and take some of that love with me to my family.
Thank you and thank your family for allowing me to be part of such a legacy.
Just seeing you and being with you the beginning of this year has given me a sense of strength I will never be without.

I was a long time neighbor on 3rd south when all of you lived in a gray house across the street from our house and vicent court we grew up together and I have never forgot your mother who was always working and taking care of her family she was a strong woman and an espiration to everyone.
