Dear Juanita, what a lovely person! I remember back in the early 70´s when we were young teens, she was so kind and patient with us.
Juanita, Juanita, what a lovely soul you are. I see where your sons learned to be kind, patient, self-controlled, rooted in goodwill, and ready to share the gospel (depending on the child :)). My daughter, Samantha, and I were lucky to call you family. I hope we join you before too long. Things always seem okay where you are. Most of all I am glad to have known you well because I saw your lifestyle as the fruit of the tree of Christianity. And even though it took me a “lifetime” to quit smoking, I finally fell into the best church on earth.
Juanita makes me happy, welcome, special. She makes me hungry to learn of the past, a different time.. In school, we learn how hard those long ago years were. And Im sure they were. to those who lived then. But to listen to Juanita tell it, she and her siblings turned then into good times, . She spoke of those days with longing for those who have passed and gladness to share some truths about the years gone by.. I will miss our talks, our Skipbo ames ( which she usually won) and the smile that she so freely shared. God Bless you, our dear friend. We love you and will be rejoicing just knowing that youre in a better place, free from the aches and pains that held her back. See you at the rable..have the Skip Bo set up.
