Julane Young's Obituary
Julane Young, 80, died of natural causes in Roy, Utah, on Nov. 16, 2017. She was born on July 13, 1937, in Provo, Utah, to George Spencer Young Jr. and Eunice Olson Young.
The family experienced difficulties due to their father’s disability after he suffered from mustard gas in World War I. She graduated from Provo High School and became a typist and later worked in health care that included helping family members, particularly her aunts Clella and Mildred.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brothers Gail S. (Patricia M. Murphy [div.] and Francis J. Cobb), James N., and Mark O. (Linda Wallace); and sisters Sheryl (James C. Cordner and Grant Allman), and Marilyn (Farren A. Keyte).
She is survived by her sister, Iloa, (Joseph A. Gregory) and brother, Stephen M. (Marcia Dastrup).
Memorial services will be held Monday, Nov. 27, at 2 p.m. at the Adamswood Ward, 1589 E. Gentile St., Layton, Ut.
