Julie Ann (Brinton) Williams' Obituary
Julie passed away with grace and dignity surrounded by calm and peace with loved ones at her side on the evening of June 20, 2025.
Julie was born in 1947 to Clarence and Opal Williams and grew up in her beloved Sugarhouse neighborhood and graduated from Highland High School. She married Paul H. Brinton in September of 1967 and graduated with a degree in Childhood Development from the University of Utah in 1970 while expecting her first child, Bergen.
She loved being a mother, and she went on to have 3 more children, Mark, Brad and Alex, but her true loves were all of her grandchildren, whom she adored and cherished, and loved spending time with.
She loved supporting anything her family was involved in and was our biggest cheerleader. She was kind and friendly to everyone she met and was known for never forgetting to send a card to a friend in need. She loved design and had a beautiful home. Paul and Julie were married 58 years, an inspiration to us all.
Although she endured many health issues, it never stopped her from wanting to have fun and be with her family. We will miss you so much Grandma Julie. Thank you for being an example of unconditional love, and reminding us to always try to find the humor in life.
A special “Thank You” to Inspiration Hospice for the amazing care provided to Julie in her time of need.
Another very special “Thank You” to her granddaughters Kiley, Haley, and Emery for making sure her last nights on earth were peaceful, safe, and comfortable, during your “one last sleepover with grandma”, and to her grandsons Rhett, Kade, Quinn, Luke, Jaxon, Xander, Carlito, Dominic and Shah for the never ending support and assistance you gave Grandma Julie, she so appreciated it.
A Celebration of Life will be announced at a later time.
