Keith Gerald Miller's Obituary
Keith Gerald Miller, 40, Beloved Father and Friend
It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Keith Gerald Miller, 40, who was taken from us far too soon on Thursday November 28, 2024. A devoted husband, father, son, and friend, he leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and the unique joy he brought to those fortunate enough to know him.
Born on March 18th in Orange California, he moved to Utah as a young man, where he lived out his life, Keith was a man of many passions. A talented trombone player, he filled rooms not only with music but with warmth and humor. He was a proud fan of all things science fiction and superheroes, where his love for Star Trek, Star Wars, and the Marvel Universe was rivaled only by his devotion to his family. Whether he was sharing his favorite episodes, quoting his heroes, or introducing his children to new stories, his excitement was contagious, and his imagination knew no bounds.
Keith was above all a dedicated husband and father to his wife Joanna and their two beloved children, Ellie and Hudson, who were the center of his universe. His greatest joy was being their dad—supporting their dreams, making them laugh, and teaching them to embrace the world with kindness and curiosity.
He is survived by his wife Joanna Gifford Miller, children Ellie Jean Miller and Hudson Gerald Miller his parents Lori VanDeWarker Miller and David Gerald Miller, siblings Amy Miller Tadeo, Heidi Nicole Miller and Charlie Theodore Miller and a large circle of friends and loved ones who will miss him dearly. While his life was tragically cut short, his impact on those around him will live on through the love he gave and the memories he created.
