Kenneth Allen Berger, loving husband, father of three, and cherished member of the Sharon Park, Orem community, passed away on 06/23/2024 in the Timpanogos Regional Hospital. He was born to James Clyde Hundertmark and Karen Farmer Berger on August 1, 1963, in Miami, Florida.
Throughout his life, Ken was known for his passion to joyfully serve others. His dedication to his family was evident in every aspect of his life, as he and wife Maurie lovingly raised their son Charles and daughters Jessica and Emily.
Professionally, he excelled in Stone Drafting. His favorite contributions included the State of Utah Capitol building dome, the Mesa Arizona, Sacramento California, Layton Utah, Mount Timpanogos Utah, St. George Utah, Ephraim Utah, Syracuse Utah, and other Temples for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
In his spare time, he enjoyed visiting National Parks with his Nikon, exhibiting his enthusiasm for photography. He loved capturing the beauty of the red rocks in Moab, the greenery of the Unitas, and the dark mysteries of the night sky. His curiosity to explore will live on through his photos.
Growing up in Texas, he discovered a talent for mechanics and lock smithing while working in his family’s Burglar Bar Shop. He was captivated by flying and earned his pilot’s license early in his twenties. And loved going to the Blue Angels shows.
