Kenneth Allen Gee's Obituary
Kenneth Allen Gee, 64, was born April 6, 1957 to Lester A. Gee and Blanch Bradford Gee. He returned to his heavenly home on November 26, 2021.
He was a faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and served a mission in Taiwan (1976-1978). Throughout his adult life he usually served as a Ward or Stake clerk because of his many skills with computers and technical things.
He married Karen Petersen Gee on June 28, 1984 in the Hawaiian Temple. They were married 37 years.
Ken worked as a programmer and an IT manager for the Utah Department of Agriculture for 32 years (1984-2016). He was a computer wizard who wrote many complex programs like the Brands program for work and, he saved more than one person's photos or documents from a dead computer both at work and in the Ward.
Ken was a good friend and a kind and caring person. He liked to tease a smile out of people or make them laugh or cheer them up with small treats. He was a lot of fun and will be sorely missed.
He is survived by his wife, Karen Gee, his older brother, David (Alauna), and his three younger sisters, Pauline Miller (Jay), Lorraine Gee and Rachelle Gee.
A viewing will be held from 9:30 am to 10:45 am prior to the funeral service. The funeral service will be held 11:00 am on Friday, December 3, 2021 at the Bountiful 11th Ward Chapel 115 West Wicker Lane, Bountiful, UT.
