Aunt Jean, Ken was a fun Uncle for me in my youth because he would sit and talk to me like I was an adult and by so doing not only made me feel important but he allowed me to learn from him in many ways. Life is so short and time will pass quickly and we will be back together again.

I am so sorry to learn of the loss of Alan's father. I fondly remember a graduate school project 30 years ago that included the marketability of incredible product designed by Ken. Having only met him once, I was impressed by his humble and quiet, yet his remarkable tenderness with those of us (students) who worked hard to do what he asked of us.
