Dad, I still can’t believe you are gone. It was an absolute honor to be able to take care of you this last little bit. I still go in your room and talk to you! I hope you can hear me. I was cooking dinner the other night and was thinking the other day when we were making shrimp salad , our favorite. And you forgot to take the skin off the shrimp and then we laughed and laughed. You are my best friend and I am completely broken and so lost without you. Thank you for everything you always made a dark place very bright and believe you will continue doing so. I love you daddy and I am so happy you are with all the people you’ve missed and loved! You are forever and ever in my heart.
