Larry Steven Bates Sr. born December 15,1956 passed away peacefully on December 28,2013 at the age of 57. To the best dad in heaven, an angel up above and heavens gift sent as a son,brother,father, lover and a remarkable friend. he gave everything he could to no end he was the best man in heaven,god rest his beautiful soul may you welcome a him home with loving embrace the pain will never go the joy will never end no matter the days,months,and years that go by. his heart felt unconditional that will lie in the hearts of many touched he will be loved,and cared for very very much may you have the best time in heaven and walk once again, god bless your soul love truly your family.he was a single father who raised four young children by himself even after he was paralyzed in 89 he was a dedicated father and grandfather. when god made him he truly set the mold for all men to follow, he was compassionate and opened his home to those in need, he was a great provider and to his children was everything.the words cant express the strength he had and the compassion he had as well as the mark he left in this world to all that knew him.he will be greatly missed i hope you dance and soar we all love and miss you.
He was recieved in death by bonnie jene bates, lawerance o bates and judy bowman may you all rejoice together till we see you again
He was survived in death by his children: Larry Steven Bates jr,James Kevin Bates, Taemar Shantel Bates McCleery, Gerald Wayne Bates Grandchildren:William Jefferson Bates,Destiny yanelley Cruz, Robert Antonio Cruz, Jeramiah Issac Cruz, Elijah George Bates, Gabriella Jean Bates,Kayden Lee Bates, Ashtyn Aiden Davison, Mikayla Dawn Bates,and Autumn Dawn Bates Brothers Brian Bates, Cameron scott Bates, Gerald Clifford Bates and sister penny sue bates. along with endless nieces and nephews.
