Larry Ray Brittain, our dear loving father, grandfather, uncle, brother, Inspiring mentor
Of over 100 foster boys. At age 81 years young and passed away on June 22,2023.
In his daughter’s home where he was living.
He was born oct. 24, 1941 in Provo, Utah, son of Raymond Adam Brittain and Norma Bell Brailsford.
He married Sharon Hawkins in 1960. They became proud parents of two children. Later divorced in 1968.
In 1974 he married Joyce Blair. She preceded him in death on oct. 16,2020.
He was in construction most of his life. During that time Larry and Joyce started a music career as the Utah Yodeler and Miss Joyce. They traveled playing fairs, senior centers, V.F. W’S and more. Settled down in duchesne. Decided to open their home and become foster parents to over 100 hundred boys.
His hobbies include fishing, camping, hunting, family gatherings and more. He very much-loved playing music with his wife and children. He enjoyed being in the scouts, teaching foster boy’s and all the children around how to ride horses. He very much enjoyed living on the farm in bluebell.
He is survived by his two children Pamala Rae Crawford (daughter), Stacy Richard Brittain (Richard) son.

The services will be held @premier funeral Services located at 67 East 8000 South S.L.C.the viewing will begin @ 10:00 A.M..The funeral services will begin @11:00 A.M. Graveyard service to follow in Springville.
